Cancel a renewal
Open Plans & billing while signed in with the account that bought Pro, then choose Manage billing. Canceling a future renewal does not itself refund an earlier payment. Your paid access normally continues through the confirmed paid period; a full refund or chargeback can end that entitlement.
Ask about a payment or refund
Paddle processes purchases as merchant of record. Contact [email protected] or Paddle purchase support with your SpinMatter order reference or receipt. Do not send card details, sign-in codes or participant lists.
Refund requests are considered under applicable consumer rights and Paddle purchase terms. This candidate does not create a new refund period or remove mandatory rights. Partial refunds are reviewed individually; their access consequences require a confirmed policy before paid launch.
Payment still processing
A checkout confirmation screen is not a second charge request. Check the order from your signed-in account. If the outcome is unclear, contact support before paying again. A closed checkout window does not prove that no payment occurred.
When Pro ends
You can continue to use the free tools, view and export existing account data, and remove content. Existing paid project settings can be preserved while editing ordinary content; adding or changing paid settings requires Pro.
