Using the tools
Adults may create accounts and host activities. For classroom use, an adult host must obtain appropriate permission and use non-identifying participant labels. Do not ask children to supply email addresses or sensitive information. Use SpinMatter for entertainment, classroom participation and non-cash decisions. Do not use it for gambling, regulated lotteries, high-stakes decisions, unlawful content or collecting personal information without permission. Physics and Adaptive modes change selection behavior; their results must not be represented as independently certified drawings.
Free and Pro
Core modes, presets and the Popsicle style are free. Bauhaus and Neon are included in Pro. Pro costs US $3.99 per month or US $26.99 per year, billed for the selected period. Applicable taxes and the final amount appear at Paddle checkout before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel renewal through the billing portal; access continues for the paid period. Existing account data remains available to view and export when Pro ends.
Pro includes 50 cloud projects, 50 saved activities, up to 500 total entries per activity and 500 result rounds per activity. Free accounts include three cloud projects. Service limits protect reliability and do not guarantee a particular number of simultaneously connected viewers.
Payments and refunds
Paddle processes purchases as merchant of record. Use your Paddle receipt or our Support page for payment and refund questions. Any applicable consumer rights and Paddle purchase terms continue to apply. A payment shown as pending does not authorize paying again; refresh membership or contact support first.
Your content
You retain your content and give us permission to store and display it as needed for the features you use. Share only content you are entitled to use. Unlisted event links can be forwarded, so avoid publishing sensitive personal information.
Service and responsibility
Keep exports of important lists and results. Network or device interruptions can affect a session. We may restrict abusive use to protect the service. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
