No. Every wheel mode, fairness preset and the Popsicle style work free without an account. Sign-in is needed for cloud storage; hosted activities require the host to have Pro.

Follow the full guide Link to this answerDo not assume separate wheel modes share the same local list. Use Workspace to prepare and open the intended mode, or export a backup before changing your setup. Review the destination list before a live draw.

A rejected file leaves the current list unchanged. Export an Excel or Numbers workbook as CSV first; .xlsx is not accepted.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerCSV import intentionally keeps duplicates as separate entries. They may be extra tickets. If you want one entry per exact name, use Remove duplicates, review the confirmation and keep the first entry’s weight. Undo list change can restore that organization change.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerOnly if all eligible entries have equal base weights. Pure keeps those weights unchanged between draws. Duplicate entries and custom weights can give a displayed name more total chance.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerNo. Balanced and Strong fairness adjust future weights; they do not guarantee a fixed distribution over a short session. Use visible weights and history to explain what happened.

Follow the full guide Link to this answerExport the results. You can approve a genuinely new registration or duplicate the activity to start a fresh session. The copy keeps the base roster and repeat rule; guests must register again and previous results stay with the original.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerYes. Use the CSV control inside the intended Workspace ring, or select the intended ring in Layers. Check the preview before replacing it. Switching rings during a preview requires choosing the file again.

Follow the full guide Link to this answerRegistration starts as pending. The host must approve the entry before it enters the pool. Also check whether the entry already won in a win-once activity or whether registration was closed when the guest tried to join.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerA normal share link opens a wheel setup; it is not the live display. For synchronized results, use the hosted activity’s Live display / OBS URL and keep that device online.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerQR codes and URL-based shares have size limits. Large rosters or images may not fit. Use a backup file or a suitable hosted activity instead of shortening or losing entries without checking.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerLocal lists live in the original browser and device. Import a saved backup or open a cloud project after signing in to the same account. Clearing site data or using a private browser window can also separate or remove local storage.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerKeep the current list and the original file. Confirm it is a SpinMatter backup JSON for the matching wheel, not a CSV or project export. Use Workspace for project imports. If it still fails, contact Support with the error and browser details, not the private roster.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerReplacing a roster creates new entries. CSV rows do not carry image attachments from the previous list. Restore the earlier backup if needed, or attach the images to the new entries and export a new backup.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerNo. Presentation and random rules are separate. Choose the mode, weights and repeat policy intentionally; preview the visual style for readability.
Follow the full guide Link to this answerCheck the sound control and device volume, then interact with the page intentionally. Browser policies and device capabilities affect audio and haptics. Do a real-device rehearsal; desktop emulation cannot verify those behaviors.
