Report a concern
Email [email protected] with the affected feature and a short description. Ask for a secure way to share sensitive evidence; do not email live access links, participant lists, codes or payment credentials. There is no published bounty or response-time guarantee.
Providers used by optional online features
- Cloudflare: hosting, request security and the database for accounts, saved projects and activities.
- Resend: delivery of sign-in codes and product service messages.
- Zoho: the shared support mailbox, where your support message and replies are handled.
- Paddle: merchant of record, payment processing and subscription management.
- Fonts: self-hosted files served from SpinMatter's own origin; font delivery does not make requests to Google Fonts.
Provider contracts, processing locations, international-transfer terms and any organization-specific data processing agreement must be confirmed before committing sensitive or regulated data. This page is a service inventory, not a signed DPA or a claim of a security certification.
Safe classroom and event use
Use nicknames or non-identifying labels, especially for children. Hosts are responsible for permission to collect and display participants' names. A registration or display link can be forwarded; do not include contact details, health information or other sensitive data. Review registrations before showing them publicly.
Randomness and results
Verified mode selects a result before the wheel animation. Physics mode responds to your gesture. Adaptive rules change weights across turns, and Fate may seal or evolve options. These are everyday decision tools, not independently certified drawings or tools for gambling, regulated lotteries or high-stakes decisions.
