Prepare once
- Sign in to the host’s Pro account and open Workspace.
- Create or open the project, inspect its mode, entries and style, and save the reusable roster if needed.
- For a single-ring event, choose whether each entry may win only once. The default permits repeat wins.
- Choose Create hosted activity · Pro. Keep the host page for your own controls.
Invite, then review
Share the registration link or its QR code. Participants enter a display name without buying Pro. Registration uses device-based duplicate prevention; it is not identity verification. The host still needs to review the queue.
- Copy registration link and share it with the intended group.
- Review the pending count and approve or reject each entry.
- Close registration when the roster is ready. Reopen it deliberately if late arrivals should join.
Keep the audience on the display
Open display on a projector or use the display URL as an OBS browser source. The host page contains controls and registration management; the display shows the audience-facing wheel and results.
These are unlisted links, not private invitations with per-viewer access control. Approved names and results are visible to anyone who receives the display link. Use nicknames when appropriate.
- Open the display on the actual presenting device and check the connection.
- Run a practice activity, not a prize round, to confirm the display follows the host.
- For the real event, use Spin next round and wait for the result before continuing.
Finish with a usable record
Export results CSV and open the downloaded file to check the rounds and names. An activity supports up to 500 total entries and 500 result rounds. Pro has space for 50 saved activities.
Duplicate activity makes the next session easier, but does not carry over guest registrations or results. Keep the original activity when you still need its record.

Common questions
Do guests need Pro or an account to join?
No. Only the host needs Pro for a hosted activity. Guests use its registration link, enter a display name and wait for host approval.
Link to this answerWhy is a registered guest not in the draw?
Registration starts as pending. The host must approve the entry before it enters the pool. Also check whether the entry already won in a win-once activity or whether registration was closed when the guest tried to join.
